We Don’t Fake It

With the exception of enthusiasts for magicians, it is often not appreciated to encounter an illusion. After all, the portrayed image has us believing it is one thing when, in fact, it is truly another. For example, the illusion of a young girl at the circus, who turns around to reveal she is really a bearded woman. It can be shocking, unpleasant, and feel like betrayal.

That is exactly how we feel about fake flowers, and in no less dramatic terms, either. This is serious business. Enough lying and being lied to. Fresh flowers tell a story of maintenance, quality, and care that the false ones merely purport to disclose. To say nothing of the incomparable beauty…how do falsities stand a chance?

Why not start a campaign against faking it? It is criminal, after all. If you wish to be a certain way, then why not own it? Fragrant blossoms that bloom into explosively large expanses and are as supple as they are fresh? Nothing can beat that. A different experience altogether…and a superior one, at that.
