Harper’s Bazaar recently came out with an article regarding the “things” every fashionable woman should have by the time she is thirty. Amongst the list were items such as the perfect “forever” handbag, a beautiful timepiece that is an investment, and original art that represents her personal style and taste. Yet perhaps one of the list items that stood out the most was the “signature flower”.
The claim is that every woman, by age 30, should a flower that is essentially “hers”. The flower that is her go to and main staple for events, for example. This same flower would be the ideal one to send her as a thank you. Well, we could not agree more with it. After all, when we all come in so many varieties, is it not amazing to uniquely connect with someone or something?
The same logic applies to picking the perfect flower for you. You may find yourself aligned with roses for the classic beauty and subtle expressiveness. On the other hand, the magnificent shape of hydrangeas might be too enchanting to resist. Peonies make a strong claim for our hearts because of their fluffy mysterious shape that always suggests a bountifulness. Maybe you are more seduced by fragrance, in which case lilies are always a fabulous choice.
