Globalrose.com guarantees delivery (free FEDEX or UPS shipping within continental USA on all orders) of the highest-quality fresh flowers to your specified delivery address within the US. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, please contact us via phone or email within 24 hours of having received your flowers. We will gladly replace your order or refund your money. If Globalrose replaces your order or refunds your money, all of the content within the original order must be returned.
Please double check the shipping information of your order. Globalrose is not responsible for flowers delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender, decreased flower quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender. By purchasing a product from Globalrose you are acknowledging that the requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against Globalrose for any delays or early deliveries. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. FEDEX or UPS does not telephone prior to delivering packages and exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed. You must be present the day of the delivery since a signature is required. Keep in mind that due to bad weather or mechanical problems FEDEX might deliver your flowers one day after the requested delivery date. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient's address.
Globalrose will not be responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the address supplied by the sender. Quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient won't be covered by our guarantee.
Regarding color selection, please keep in mind that colors may vary from the actual color of the flower to the color display on a computer screen and may not reflect the exact color of each flower. There may be slight variation of shades within the pictures provided by globalrose.com. Globalrose will not be responsible for any flowers that do not match exactly the color that the customer is expecting or that the costumer claims are not the same as the one display on the computer screen.
Please be advised that in case a flower is not available, we will substitute it with the flower most similar to your original choice. We will always try to contact the recipient to inform about any substitutions, but to make sure that your flowers are delivered on time; we might have to make substitutions without prior confirmation.

At Global Rose we are very proud that only a very small percentage of the more than 100,000 boxes of flowers shipped yearly, have some type of problem. In the unfortunate event that your order has any issue, please make sure to follow these instructions:
1) Email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 24 hours of delivery, explaining in detail the nature of the problem and including photos that can allow us to understand the reason of your claim or request. Photos are very important for Global Rose, in order to give feedback to our farms and hopefully improve the quality and service for future customers. To avoid any confusion, all claims need to be handled via email and we won't process any request over the phone.
2) If you would like a replacement or a refund for the damaged product, please be aware that you will be instructed on how to return the product. Make sure all the damaged product is ready for pick up within 48 hours of delivery. Global Rose will arrange with FedEx or UPS to pick them up at no additional cost. We will process the refund or a replacement, based on your needs and the availability of product.
NO credit, refund, replacement or charge back will be accepted without the original product being send back to us. NO exceptions.
With respect to any of our guarantees, our sole and restricted liability and your sole and exclusive remedy will be, at our discretion, to refund your money or replace the product previously ordered as soon as possible.
We can guarantee freshness due to our strict quality control procedures. Every flower shipped under the Globalrose brand must be the best of each daily harvest. If a flower falls below our standards it is discarded. In order to offer the freshest flower possible, four days prior to your delivery date, flowers are harvested at the greenhouses. Our team packages and wraps them tightly with a protective plastic sleeve. Each bunch is labeled with its unique variety name. Four days prior to delivery, flowers are harvested, boxed and transported from the farms to the FEDEX refrigerated warehouse in South America. Once FedEx has received the packages, it takes them four days to deliver the flowers at the final destination. FEDEX has specifically created a program for fresh flowers out of South America which allows them to handle the flowers under strict cold chain procedures. Because Globalrose only ships self-produced flowers and uses FEDEX as its logistics partner, our customers receive their flowers in the fastest possible way.
Shipping is FREE on ALL orders within the continental US for packages delivered Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is available in most areas for and extra charge $ 15 per box. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii ($ 10 per box) and Canada ($ 25 per box) are charged with an additional fee per box. Any duties or taxes applied when shipping to these locations will be charged to the recipient.
You can place an order for Next Day Delivery until 9 P.M. Est. time on Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please see Next Day flowers for products available. All other flowers products (except wedding combos, boutonnieres, corsages, bridesmaid and bridal bouquets) can be delivered as early as three or four days after placing the order. Order before 07:00 a.m. EST on Monday and flowers can be delivered as early as Thursday of that same week. Order before 07:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday and flowers can be delivered as early as Friday of that same week. Order before 07:00 a.m. EST on Thursday and flowers can be delivered as early as Tuesday of the following week. Order before 07:00 a.m. EST on Friday and flowers can be delivered as early as Wednesday of the following week.
We do not deliver on Sunday. Saturday delivery is available in most of the continental US zip codes at an additional charge of $15.00 per box.
Orders are accepted worldwide but deliveries are only available in the US (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada (we strongly recommend for deliveries in Canada to be scheduled for Tuesdays and Wednesdays only). We don't deliver to any PO boxes.
Orders can be placed as early as ninety days prior to the delivery date and as late as four week days before the delivery date. On wedding combos, corsages, boutonniers and bridesmaid or bridal bouquets orders should be placed with at least 10 days in advance.
Changes and cancellations will be accepted until five Working days prior to the original delivery date. For pre-made arrangements or wedding items, changes or cancellations will be accepted until eight working days prior to the delivery date. No refunds will be given for cancellations within those dates. Globalrose will charge a 15% cancellation fee for any cancellation prior to those dates. Globalrose.com does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled after acceptance seven (7) days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Father's Day or Mother's Day (because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times). NO exceptions to Globalrose's cancellation policy. Any change or cancellation request must be notified via email. No changes or cancellations are accepted over the phone. In the event you cancel an order prior to the acceptable dates , please keep in mind that the refund will be for the original order amount minus the 15% cancellation fee.
Globalrose.com LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
Depending on your zip code, deliveries within the continental US will arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on the requested delivery date. Most deliveries will take place before 10: 30 am. All deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii will most likely occur between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Our service providers don't telephone prior to delivering the flowers.
You can always call or email Globalrose the day prior to your delivery and get the tracking number of your order.
Due to the delicate nature of our product, we highly recommend our customers to choose a delivery address where somebody will be able to receive the shipment. FEDEX and UPS will require a signature for all our deliveries.
All Globalrose orders are packaged in specially designed boxes to ensure freshness during the transportation process. The flowers are grouped in bunches and tightly wrapped in a plastic cover. Each bunch is appropriately labeled with its unique variety name. Enclosed in the box you will find floral food, instructions on how best to care for your flowers and if requested, your personal message.
We only charge sales tax on orders being delivered within the state of Florida.

Our liability to you for any damages arising from or associated in any way to our relationship with you will at all times be limited to the amount you paid to globalrose.com for the applicable transaction giving rise to the liability. If you have not paid any monies to globalrose.com or there has not been any transaction between the parties there should be no room for any liability.
The Terms and Conditions and any legal action against us shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida.
