We consider 15 or more gift sends, or orders above roughly 1000 stems, a volume order. Volume orders can ship to a single address or to many different recipients, and pricing improves as quantities increase. Your quote will show the tiers so you can decide where to land.
For up to 20 gifts, about one week ahead is comfortable. For larger campaigns holiday sends, all-company recognition, event volume two to three weeks lets us reserve the harvest and confirm delivery windows for every address.
Yes. Send us your recipient list and we ship each gift individually, with its own tracking. This is how most distributed teams handle employee recognition and holiday gifting.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states with free shipping nationwide* (*exclusions apply for Hawaii and Alaska). Next-day delivery is available on many varieties; your account contact will confirm what's possible for your dates.
Yes you can include a personalized message with each send. For larger campaigns we can apply the same message across the list or vary it by recipient.
Stems are cut at the farm and packed to travel, so they typically arrive in bud and open over the following days. Each delivery includes care guidance, and our flower-care resources cover trimming, water changes, and placement.
Yes. Tell us the cadence weekly, biweekly, monthly and the varieties or color palette you want, and we'll build a repeating schedule you can adjust as seasons change.
Contact our team within the window described in our claim policy with photos, and we'll make it right. Business orders are reviewed by a person, not a form queue.
