Gorgeous lavender roses! Opened in a day. Did not come with floral food but not a problem since I used what I had left over. The roses came from Ecuador by way of Miami, whereas my previous orders for the last 7 years came directly from Bogota, Columbia. This is a slight change that I noticed, but the roses are the same high quality, not your grocery store roses! More communication would be helpful since I did not get a notice that the roses were coming until the day before they were to arrive and my account on the Global Rose web site did not show that the order was active. All worked out well with customer service saying the order is good and on its way. Thanks again......long-time happy customer.
