1. Do my points expire? How do I keep my account active?
Your points are valid for 18 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points for 18 months from the month of the qualifying purchase.

2. Does my level reset? How do I maintain my Gold or Platinum status?
Your loyalty status will reset in 18 months. The status for the upcoming year is evaluated based on points earned in the past 18 months (Ex: 1st June 2023 to 1st January 2025).
To maintain your status, you should earn the minimum points required for each tier.
For example, if you are currently a Platinum member, you must maintain your level by earning 1000 points per year, or your status will be downgraded.
3. Can I earn points if I purchase on other sites that offer Global Rose’s products?
Global Rose Rewards Program is only applicable when you shop directly at globalrose.com and are logged into your account.
4. What can I use my points on?
Redeem your points for discounts on your order at globalrose.com.
Points can be used on any flower product. Rewards cannot be applied toward shipping fees or taxes
5. How do I spend my points?
Log in to your account and add your items to your shopping cart. Once you’re ready with your selection, click on the “REDEEM GL REWARDS” box available on the shopping cart page, select the discount coupon that you have active, and click on the "redeem" button.
The discounted price will be reflected with a discount coupon on the total (example: $20 OFF COUPON)
6. My points have been deducted, but I did not use them yet.
If you’ve activated a Rewards coupon but did not check out OR if you hit "Remove" in the cart but your points were deducted, don’t worry! Your points are still active and available for you to use.
Login to your account, go to “Global Rose Rewards” and view “History”, you will be able to see all available points.

7. Tell me more about birthday and membership anniversary rewards. Who can earn points?
Get in on the fun and earn rewards on birthdays and membership anniversaries. Members are entitled to redeem both rewards as one-time benefits.
Upon signing up, please enter your birth date in order to redeem points. Do note that the membership anniversary refers to the date you registered to be a member of our Global Rose Rewards program.
Changing the registered birthdays for the purpose of redeeming additional rewards in a year is prohibited to ensure the fairness and integrity of our Global Rose Rewards program for all members.
8. What happens if I want to cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel an existing order or an item from an existing order, please email us at cancellations@globalrose.com with the order ID and your cancellation request and we will be happy to assist you.
Please keep in mind most cancellation requests require at least 5 business days' notice.
Once the items are successfully canceled, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance.
If you used Rewards points on your order and successfully canceled your entire order, the points used will be added back to your account.

9. Can I apply my points to orders I have already placed?
No, the Rewards points must be applied to your order at checkout and cannot be applied to existing orders.
10. Can I earn points on past purchases I made before becoming a Global Rose Rewards Member?
No. Only orders placed while being logged into your Global Rose account will be eligible for rewards.
